A digital activation code for the platform listed on the product page (Steam, Epic, GOG, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch). After payment is confirmed, the code lands in your dashboard and inbox. There is no physical shipping.
Yes. We source from publishers and authorised distributors. We are not a marketplace - every key listed on Playnex is sourced, checked, and stocked by us.

Card payments only — Visa and Mastercard. We do not currently accept crypto, bank transfers, or wallets.
Once the card payment is confirmed, we create the order, deliver available keys to your account dashboard, and send delivery emails. If an order needs manual payment, fraud, platform, or region review, delivery may take longer.
All keys listed on Playnex are global unless the product page explicitly says otherwise. We tell you this in plain language on the listing — no fine print.
Yes. After every successful payment we generate a branded PDF invoice and email it to you, plus we store a copy in your dashboard so you can re-download it anytime.
Yes. An account is how we deliver keys, store your library, and let you re-download proof of purchase whenever you need it.
Contact general@playnexkey.com or open a support message with your order number, platform, region, and a screenshot of the activation error. A support person will review the order and help resolve it.
Refunds are limited for digital goods. If a key has been revealed, delivered, or redeemed, it is usually treated as consumed digital content. We can review incorrect delivery, duplicate transactions, failed delivery, or proven defective unused keys under the refund policy.
